Terms & Conditions- JURA ENA 4 Trade In Promotion

  1. The promotion period is valid from 8 Sep 2022 00:00 until 22 Sep 2022 23:59.
  2. If customer cannot provide the coffee machine for trade-in at last, the difference between the promotion price and the retail price will be charged.
  3. This promotion is only applicable for successful online order – enter appointed voucher code and fill in the trade-in promotion form to enjoy the discount.
  4. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer; free gifts are non-redeemable for cash or any other gifts or products.
  5. Only JURA ENA 4 fully automatic coffee machine model can be entitled to the trade-in promotions.
  6. This promotion is only applicable to any brand and any type of electric coffee machine. Electric coffee machine including capsule coffee machine, fully automatic coffee machine, pump-driven coffee machine, moka coffee machine, vacuum coffee machine or other types of electric coffee machine.
  7. Each coffee machine is eligible to trade-in one selected JURA fully automatic coffee machine.
  8. Customer must provide the old coffee machine in advance for collection on the delivery. If the customer or authorized consignee fails to provide the old coffee machines and receive JURA coffee machine on the prearranged delivery date and time, a delivery fee of HK$200 upon the second delivery attempt will be charged if delivery is needed to be rearranged, whether it is successful or not.
  9. The coffee machine for trade-in must include the main body. Customer failed to provide the full set of original accessories is still eligible to this trade-in offer.
  10. Customer should ensure all personal assets, unused water or wastes are removed. Under any circumstances, the collected machine shall not be returned / compensated.
  11. For safety and health consideration, the customer needs to confirm whether there is anyone undergoing home quarantine in the subject delivery address at the designated delivery time slot. If there are confirmed or probable cases in the building, delivery service will only reach the lobby of that building; If there are home confines in the house unit, delivery service will only reach outside of the door without any contact with the recipient / customer.

  14. To reduce wastage, all clean coffee machines collected with normal function from this promotion will be donated to Eco-Community Recycling Centre for recycle purposes.
  15. Pacific Coffee Point accumulation and redemption for the Perfect Cup Card is not available at this online shop.
