You’re welcome to use and/or register as a member at https://eshop-coffeesolutions.pacificcoffee.com of Pacific Coffee Company Limited / Coffee Solutions by Pacific Coffee("PCC", “we”, “us”), together as “Online Services”. Please read the following Terms of Usage of these Online Services ("these Terms of Usage") carefully. Your usage of these Online Services mean(s) that you have accepted these Terms of Usage. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms of Usage, please do not use any of these Online Services.


When you use our Online Shop to register as an online shop member, after you have completed the form and press the button "submit", it indicates that you have read and understood Terms and Conditions of PCC Online Shop and agreed to be bound by them.


PCC reserves the right to change or modify the contents of these Online Services at any time and has the right to unilaterally change these Terms of Usage without notification. You should regularly visit these Online Services to find out whether these Terms of Usage that are binding have been revised, as your continued use of these Online Services indicates your acceptance of any change to these Terms of Usage. "You", "your", and "users" refer to any person and/or entity that accesses these Online Services for any reason.


2. Conditions of Use (Online Shop)

All the information contained within these Online Services is for reference, interaction and purchase only. It is for individual use only and should not be used for commercial purposes. For these Online Services, you will not, nor allow third parties on your behalf to:

You agree to indemnify PCC against any of your unauthorized use of any material from these Online Services, defend PCC and prevent PCC from any harm. You agree that your unauthorized use of the contents of these Online Services may result in irredeemable losses to PCC and in the event of your unauthorized use, PCC has the right to apply for a restraining order in addition to any other remedies under common law or equity.


PCC reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Application, or charge for this Application or service provided to you in accordance with these Terms of Usage, at any time and for any reason. You acknowledge that the terms of agreement with your respective mobile network provider (“Mobile Provider”) will continue to apply when using this Application. As a result, you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing this Application or any such third party charges as may arise. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise.

3. Terms & Conditions of Sales (Online orders)

By placing an order with us online you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Conditions”) which shall apply to all items advertised on our website at  https://eshop-coffeesolutions.pacificcoffee.com (the “Website”). Please read these Conditions carefully. You should print a copy of these Conditions for future reference. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to order item/s from the Website.


By placing an order through the Website you warrant and represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements; and
  • You are over 18 years of age.


An order placed by you is an offer and is only binding on us when we accept it. We will confirm such acceptance (if any) by sending you an email that we have received confirmation of your order, at which point a contract between us will be formed.


3.1 Registration

3.1.1 When you register on this website, you must ensure that the mandatory registration information you provide is correct and complete.

3.1.2 Please inform PCC about changes of address or other modifications by updating your personal details on this website without delay.

3.1.3 Loyalty point accumulation or exchange for goods of PCC Perfect Cup Card is not applicable for online purchase.


3.2 Password

3.2.1 When registering to use this website, you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password strictly confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone.

3.2.2 You are fully responsible for the use of your password and any orders placed under it, even without your knowledge.

3.2.3 If you know or suspect that someone else knows or has used your password, you should notify PCC immediately.


3.3. Price

The items indicated as for sale in this website are available for sale at the prices indicated, but not including postage.

PCC reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery charges at any time and to cancel a contract in case of writing, printing or calculation errors.


3.4 Products

Offer or products listed in online shopping store are not necessarily available at PCC outlets.

Offered goods are on a first-come first-served basis while stocks last.

3.4.1 Machine Warranty

Purchase for JURA Automatic Coffee Machine can enjoy one year free international warranty from JURA. This warranty is only applicable in countries with same voltage and frequency of the machine itself.

Please make sure to provide an individual standard power outlet of 13Amp for normal machine operation in Hong Kong/Macau.

3.4.2 Accessories

All accessories is non-repairable & excluded from warranty service. 7 days product exchange (after order received)  is given for any product quality issues.

3.4.3 Replacement Parts
Replacement part are only applicable for specific JURA machine models and accept preorder only.

3.5 Terms of Payment

3.5.1 We only accept payment for orders in Hong Kong Dollars.

3.5.2 Payments may be made by the following credit cards: Visa or Mastercard, China UnionPay Card or, credit card payment via Paypal for VISA card, MasterCard, American Express card and China UnionPay card.

3.5.3 We will not dispatch your order until we have received cleared funds from your account. If we are unable to charge your payment card we will notify you via email.

3.5.4 We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.


3.6 Delivery

3.6.1 All title and risk of loss and damage of products will be borne by you once the order is dispatched by PCC.

3.6.2 PCC is not liable to any customs, duties or specific licenses to be obtained or applied for registration of your purchased products required by the delivery destination.

3.6.3 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website, provided the address is within Hong Kong or Macau.

3.6.4 You have the ability to change this address through the “edit profile” feature and during the confirmation stage at the checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the delivery.

3.6.5 If you are not at the delivery address to receive the goods, our logistic service provider will arrange another attempt of delivery. If still fail to deliver, our Consumer Service will contact you via phone and emails to arrange delivery.

3.6.6 Order will be cancelled automatically and no refund will be made if no further action is advised by you. If you still wish to receive your order, you will have to re-order via the online shop.

3.6.7 Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. In the event of non-availability of any goods, this will be stated on the website.

3.6.8 When an order is accepted, we will do our best to ensure that item/s is/are dispatched within 5-7 working days of placing the order subject to availability of stock (except JURA replacement parts preorder) and receipt of clear funds.

3.6.9 Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibited truck weighted 5.5 tones or above, exhibition site, hotel, apartment under renovation, boat house/boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony. Should deliveries be made to a ferry terminal, the customer must arrange their own drop off/pick up logistics.


3.7 Exchange

Our merchandise items, coffee machine and coffee products are all checked before dispatch. You must inspect the goods and notify us within 7 days of delivery in writing or by phoning General Coffee Solutions Customer Service Hotline (852) 8100 0622, if for any reason you are unsatisfied. If the item you purchase is faulty we may offer a repair or exchange; however, goods are not refundable once payment is made. Please keep the original packaging box in case any exchange incurred.

In case you receive any incorrect items from us from the purchase via Website, please contact us for goods exchange by following return procedures without extra delivery charge as stated below:


1. Write to us regarding the condition of the goods with photos, email receipts and delivery notes to coffeesolutions@pacificcoffee.com within 7 days upon receipt of goods.

2. All exchange requests must be sent to Pacific Coffee within 7 days upon receipt of goods.


3.8 Refund

All items are non-refundable for any online orders.

In case the product is out of stock, Pacific Coffee will fully refund the value of the product and the delivery charge by cheque within 30 working days upon successful payment.


4. Use of materials

The contents of these Online Services, including text, diagrams, images, music, symbols, graphic button, links, HTML code, trade mark, software and other materials and all the materials of these Online Services (including the collection, arrangement and compilation of such materials) ("Materials") are protected by copyright law, trade mark law and other applicable laws. All Materials are the exclusive property of PCC or website content provider of PCC or its clients. Unauthorized use of any Materials is an infringing act under the copyright law, the trade mark law or other applicable laws. Without any prior written permission from PCC, you shall not, for any public or commercial purpose, sell or modify the Materials, copy, reproduce, re-issue, upload, download, publish, transmit, display, publicly implement, issue the Materials in any way, store the Materials in the retrieval system or use it in any other way.


5. Legal Use of Website

You can only use these Online Services for legal purposes and cannot use these Online Services to, in any way, infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person or invade the privacy of other users or acquire their identities or any other personal details, or damage any part of these Online Services, the Materials and/or products provided in these Online Services. You have the responsibility to judge whether any of your actions will infringe the rights as described above.


You shall not, in any way, change any Materials or product provided in these Online Services and shall not interfere with the operation of these Online Services in any way, including but not limited to, transmitting software viruses or transmitting any computer code or message designed to shut down, interfere with or change the operation of these Online Services. You shall also not use these Online Services or other method to collect details of other users. Without express permission from PCC, these Online Services or any part thereof shall not be reproduced, copied, printed, sold, transferred or used for any commercial purposes.

There may be incorrect material or typesetting errors in these Online Services. PCC does not give any implied or non-expressed guarantee and does not guarantee the correctness, reliability, completeness or timeliness of any material of these Online Services. PCC does not accept any liability for the contents of other websites or anything uploaded on these Online Services or linked to these Online Services, including but not limited to any fallacies, errors, omissions, infringements, libel, lies or any other material or omission that is likely to be illegal or gives rise to a claim or complaint. You will be responsible for any consequences resulting from use of these Online Services or its links. These websites are likely to change at any time or change periodically, so please check related materials regularly.


PCC does not guarantee the following: these Online Services will be totally free of errors now and in the future, these Online Services and its server will always be free of computer viruses or other harmful function, that any shortcoming will be corrected or that these Online Services is timely, safe and will not be discontinued. If your use of these website material results in the need to repair or renew equipment or data, PCC accepts no liability for any resulting expenses. 9. No Waiver

PCC’s failure or delay in exercising any right or power under this Agreement shall not in any circumstances impair any right or power nor operate as a waiver of it.


10. Assignment

PCC may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement. You may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement.


11. Severability

If any single provision or number of provisions in these Terms of Usage, or any one or number of provision of these provisions and conditions when cited, in any situation, is in any respect, for any reason, judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the effectiveness, legality and enforceability of the provision or condition in any other respect, and the effectiveness, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these provisions and conditions, will not be affected in any respect.


12. Applicable Law

These Terms of Usage shall be interpreted according to the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") and be governed by Hong Kong laws. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts for any disagreement, dispute or claim between PCC and you.
